HOW TO GET STARTED!!

 

 

STEP 1 - REGISTRATION

 

  • Register as a CSP on the Arise network. Visit https://partnersetup.arise.com/united-states-english/united-states.aspx to get started. When asked, how you were referred to Arise, type in CSP ID number 955623

  • Complete and Pass a voice assessment

  • Complete and Pass a Background Check - (Cost is $12.95 in most states but could be more depending on the state that you reside in).

  • Review and Sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

     

 

STEP 2 - SIGN UP & COMPLETE CSP101

 

  • This course is designed to teach you how to navigate through the Arise system, choose your client, and what you will need to know to be a successful agent - (Cost is generally $99 but is often offered at a reduced rate as low as $19.99 throughout the year)

 

STEP 3 - REGISTER WITH SAVVY VIRTUAL COMMUNICATIONS, LLC.

 

  • After successfully completing and passing the CSP101 training, then you can now request to join Savvy Virtual Communications. Login to your Arise Portal and complete the section to join the Arise Network. You will then enter our ID# 58753 and click on the magnifying glass. Savvy Virtual Communications will populate in the window below. Continue on and review and sign any remaining e-documents. Then, contact us via email or phone to let us know that you have submitted your request and we will then complete/approve your request via our Network access. We will also have some additional paperwork for you to complete which will be e-mailed to you shortly there after.

 

STEP 4 - SELECT YOUR CLIENT

 

  • Here is the fun part! A member of our team will assist you in selecting your very first client! We will explain the pay rate for each, training course, and technology requirements.

 

STEP 5 - TECHNOLOGY REQUIRMENTS

 

 

STEP 6 - CLIENT TRAINING

 

  • The client training course is typically 2-6 weeks long (depending on your client) and is generally offered in the mornings, afternoon and evenings, and is normally 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. The cost for client training is generally between $5 to $249. This cost is paid by you. Savvy Virtual Communications does cover 50% of some training courses up to $25. (Example: if a training course cost is $49.99, we will reimburse 50% which would be $24.99. Contact us for details). The training hours are unpaid. As soon as you complete and pass client training you are in control to work when you want to!

 

STEP 7 - BEGIN MAKING MONEY!

 

  • After your client certification where you demonstrate you've learned the skills to help their customers it's time to start working!

  • Select your own schedule and have fun!
